Cognitive Restructuring Programs Should Use Truth

The response is "yes" and the secret lies in Dr. David R. Hawkins book on truth vs falsehoods. The truth has energy that can get into the wall of self-imposed falsehoods and help people with these thoughts locate the truth about them. That is, people that have these thoughts are better than they believe they are. To develope a cognitive rebuilding schedule one must widely understand the truth, otherwise the words that are written do not have penetrating energy. This reprogramming is shown in their mental, physical and emotional exhilaration. The first and last manifestations for most are amazing and permanent. The biggest reason counseling programs are ineffective is because they arent structured properly and they contain little penetrating truth. The reason is that the writers lacked truth. A person may go to a psychotherapist for many years and still go without changing because the therapist does not have all the truth. Whereas the truth can have an everlasting change on people in a couple of hours, the truth is what it is.
