• Don’t delete your Cingular ringtones until you are ready to get rid of them; once they’re gone they’re gone.
• You have to have a Cingular account and subscription services to download Cingular ringtones
• You can assign different Cingular ringtones to different callers, but only if each is in your contact list.
• You can have up to 99 answer tones in your personal library and 2-99 tones in your play lists.
• Prepaid customers can download Cingular ringtones and games as long as they have a compatible phone.
• For monophonic ringtones, you need text messaging, while polyphonic ringtones/super tones require that you have text messaging and MediaNet.

You can download Cingular ringtones and graphics either online, through wireless Internet access, or by way of text messaging, with the message “ring,” a space, and a download code, sent to 151. Cingular ringtones are becoming more prolific on the web, and easier to download, as those who carry Cingular cell phones demand the availability of ringtones that reveal their personalities.
